Pedal Kettle Corn is AwesomeThe Pedal Kettle is Portland’s fun and sustainable new vector for kettle corn. Josh and Eric first built “Corny”, a three wheeled, pedal motive, propane powered, electrically stirred, kettle corn machine in the summer of 2010. They perfected the recipe, an exquisite balance of sweet and savory, crisp and fluffy, and began bringing the joy they had created to you at street fairs, festivals, and even weddings.
